I_TradingEndHour

This input is one of two parameters used to restrict the time range of the trading day.   The input hour is with respect to the Brokers time, not the local computer, so 20 would be the equivalent of 20:00 am on the Brokers server.   Trading is allowed if the hour is less than this input value.
