If the hour provided is positive then all trades are closed during the input broker/server hour.   As an example, it could be used to force trades to close before the period of time in the evening where Broker spreads widen considerably.   PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THE TWO SIMILAR INPUTS – WEEKDAY AND WEEKDEND CLOSE HOUR.
